Open and hook
Enter the show immediately, set the tone and give a new viewer a reason to stay.
Being in front of a camera is not enough. A presenter is a communication professional: able to win attention, but above all to organise information and make it clear, credible and useful. A creator adds closeness, spontaneity and a personal language.
For almost five years I hosted live teleshopping on HSE24, presenting very different product categories: kitchen, fashion, home care, fitness and beauty.
Hosting a live shopping show is not simply describing a product. It means building a programme while it is happening: catching the attention of someone who has just tuned in, introducing a guest and making their expertise clear, explaining usefulness and value, managing timing and the unexpected, and remaining credible.
Enter the show immediately, set the tone and give a new viewer a reason to stay.
Make it clear, quickly, who they are, what they know and why their voice matters.
Turn features, function and price into a clear, useful and commercially effective proposition.
Bring personal experience, stories and real use into the pitch without losing clarity, competence or restraint.
Set tone, rhythm and a reason to keep watching from the first seconds.

We cook, dress, live in our homes and take care of ourselves. Presenting a product starts with understanding it: using it, knowing who it can genuinely help and telling its story from the viewer's point of view.
Empathy is a commercial skill. The right purchase builds trust; persuading someone to buy something they do not need, or that is not right for them, is not a win — it is the opposite of doing the job well.
In my final year as a presenter, before returning full-time to radio, I specialised in beauty and was given a dedicated format. Guests, selected products, demonstrations and live tests — including doing my own make-up on camera.
It became the clearest expression of how I approach the job: competence, clarity, spontaneity and elegance, without ever losing the pace of the show.

Studio, timing, movement, the unexpected. Live television is a craft you prepare for carefully precisely so that it can feel natural when the red light comes on.
With TikTok, the television set gives way to home: the kitchen, the bathroom, a mirror, a phone on a tripod. The distance from the viewer became shorter. Less formality, more immediacy; not less expertise. Changing language does not mean forgetting how to communicate.

Embrace 50. Then squeeze it hard.
I opened 50ANNISPECIAL after turning fifty, when for a moment that number made the ground shift under my feet too.
With years of experience around beauty, products, supplements and training, I chose to react by doing what comes naturally to me: looking for solutions, trying them and telling the story.
First of all, simple at-home ideas, often using natural, easy-to-find ingredients. Then products, beauty routines and experiments; nutrition with the support of my nutrition doctor, and the workouts I do at home to stay fit.
The tone is deliberately more direct, ironic and everyday than television. The professional skill does not disappear: even in a vertical video you need to know what to say, how to say it and why someone should stay until the end.

At-home ideas, simple ingredients, trials and results told without polish.
Products tested, routines, rankings, techniques and small experiments on my own skin.
Wellbeing and food, also explored with the contribution of my nutrition doctor.
Home workouts and realistic ways to keep feeling strong and present.
I try the technique on myself: steps, expectations and result, with no distance from the viewer.
